Register to Take Part

Read on to learn about how to join in...

The main 5km race is open to all those aged 7+ on race day.
There is also a series of races for children aged 4-9.

You can walk, jog, or run the 5km course and can even bring the dog! Those with a young child can complete the course with a pushchair.

Wheelchair users are welcome to take part, however please be advised that some parts of the course are off-road and there are some steep gradients. We recommend familiarising yourself with the course before Race Day.

Whether you are a serious competitor or in it for the fun, your entry fee goes to three very worthy charities and we thank you in advance for your support.

Race Number and T-shirt Collection

Just like 2018, we no longer post race numbers to you. Instead, we hold collection days at the Gerrards Cross Memorial Centre. Details will be included in your confirmation email.

Run as a team

Teams of 4-12 runners can take part together and compete for the team award in any of the following categories:

  • All male team
  • All female team
  • Mixed team
  • Family team
  • Company team
  • Estate Agency team
  • Club team
  • Junior School team
  • Senior School team
  • Teachers' team

Team runners pay the same registration fee as individual runners, are timed, and will be included in the Race Results.

Team runners are awarded trophies in the Team Categories only. As such, team members are not eligible for the individual awards. For example, if you are part of the team which finishes first your team will receive the Team trophy but you will not be eligible to win the overall Individual trophy.

Run with your dog

Register as a dog runner and you can enter the main race with your four-legged friend. The dog registration fee entitles one dog and their owner to enter the main race as a duo.

A race number is issued for the dog and, as such, this is not timed and you will not appear in the Race Results. You will receive a small t-shirt for the dog as well as a medal upon finishing.

If you wish to:

  • receive your own t-shirt,
  • be timed, or
  • be eligible for the Individual awards,

you must also register yourself as an individual runner at additional cost.

Run with a pushchair

At the start line those with pushchairs are positioned at the back of the pack of runners. There is no additional fee for a pushchair, simply register yourself as an individual runner.
